The “Denver Subs Canada Franchisee Association” (the “Association”). The Association is a not for profit corporation recently formed because of our concern for franchisee owners of Quizno’s Subs. We believe that it is necessary to articulate and effectively communicate with our franchisor on a unified, rather than individual basis, issues that are of a general concern to each and every Quizno’s franchisee, particularly the need for fair and competitive food costs.     McAlister's Deli announced the signing of a development agreement with an experienced multiunit operator to develop three restaurants in the Cleveland, Ohio, area—the brand’s first locations in the market.

    Gary Master, owner and operator of three Houlihan’s and six Wendy’s restaurants, will open three McAlister’s locations in the Cleveland market over the next two years, with the first anticipated to open in late fall 2014. Master is targeting the Westlake and Strongsville areas for expansion.

Having had Rita’s while living in Philadelphia, these three local Wichita, Kansas, residents decided to become franchisees and bring Rita’s to the state. The team also owns a Five Guys Burgers and Fries unit near where the first Rita’s store is now open in Wichita.

    Same-store sales growth in restaurants was positive during March, according to The Restaurant Industry Snapshot, a compilation of real sales and traffic results from Black Box Intelligence, a TDn2K company.
